Terms of Use

You must be 18 years of age or older and able to enter a binding agreement where you live to use ScholarPanel. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.

ScholarPanel is a preparation and practice tool. Do not use it for live help during an actual interview, defense, examination, or other evaluation.

You keep ownership of the documents, audio, answers, and other material you provide. You give ScholarPanel permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upload only material you have the right to use. Do not upload another person's confidential, copyrighted, or personal information without permission.

Do not use ScholarPanel to:

• Break the law or another person's rights.
• Misrepresent AI-generated work as an official evaluation.
• Interfere with the service, security controls, or other users.
• Test for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Resell access or share an account outside an approved team.

Questions, follow-ups, transcripts, and feedback may contain errors or miss relevant context. Review important output against your source material and the requirements of the real evaluation.

ScholarPanel does not provide an official score and does not guarantee academic, hiring, admission, funding, or professional outcomes.

If paid access is available to you, checkout shows the price, currency, number of sessions, access period, and payment method before purchase. Stripe processes card payments.

Send a refund request within 14 days of purchase to hello@scholarpanel.com. We provide a full refund if no purchased session was used. For a bundle with some sessions used, we provide a proportional refund for the unused sessions based on the amount paid. A verified material technical failure may qualify for a full or partial refund based on its effect on the purchased access.

The service may change, pause, or experience interruptions. ScholarPanel may limit or end access when needed for security, maintenance, legal requirements, or a breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account through Account settings.

ScholarPanel and its software, branding, interface, and original content belong to ScholarPanel Inc. Your materials remain yours.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Any warranty exclusions or limits of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada. Mandatory rights available where you live continue to apply.
